The Office of the Colorado State Public Defender provides legal representation to individuals who cannot afford an attorney in criminal cases. Public defenders handle cases at every stage of the criminal justice process, from arraignment through trial and appeal. If you are facing criminal charges and cannot afford private counsel, you may be eligible for representation by a public defender.

NARSOL Attorney Directory
The National Association for Rational Sexual Offense Laws (NARSOL) maintains a searchable directory of attorneys who work with individuals affected by sex offense registries and related legal matters.
